This is an interesting Thought for Thursday. The power of imagination can be strong, so if there is something you wish for that you could take small steps towards - imagine what you could achieve if you took those steps all year.
I am imagining myself at my goal weight - it is probably how long it will take - 24lb down - about another 3 stone to go - but small steps every day will get me there.
