As promised last week, I am back with the double sized Wood Crate Framelit project. As you can see they make the most beautiful gift packaging and by doubling the size you can give double the love! :)

I posted these on Facebook the other day and realised I hadn't shared with my lovely blog readers...so let's sort that out now. These are the projects we made at my regular £10 July class. I have some spaces on Wednesday morning, so if you are near Southampton UK and would like to come along next month for more pretty projects, contact me for more details.
I think my favourite was the Piggies one. On the outside it says 'this little piggy says...' and on the inside is a Piggie holding a flower and the greeting is 'happy birthday' .
The mermaid one had lots of bling with Wink of Stella sparkle on her tail. We did quite a bit of watercoloring this month.
The 3D project was this little crate and gift card set. We stamped the crate using the new Postmark background stamp. Just love it.
Hope to see you next month!

Another little visit with our new In Colours today - but also sharing the Colourful Seasons stamps and matching thinlits dies.
With the dies I cut out the branch and In Colour snowflakes, then I 'hung' them from the branch and stamped more snowflakes in Smoky Slate ink around them. I finished with some Basic Rhinestones to add a bit of bling!
Simple but pretty.
Oh and here is the card I made on Tuesday - a couple of people asked for a closer look...

One of the things I love about the Daisy Delight stamp set is that you can actually stamp a whole meadow of wild flowers. There is so much more than just the big daisy - and these little daisies are a winner!
I simply stamped them in Black Archival ink on to Crumb Cake cardstock. Allow a moment or two to dry, (or give a quick blast with a heat gun if you have misplaced your patience gene!)
Then take a chalk marker and colour in the petals - that's it! So easy and so pretty.

Today's project features the hexagonal Window Box die combined with the Daisy Delight stamps and matching punch. I also used some of the beautiful Fresh Florals DSP to co-ordinate. I stamped the daisy twice in Berry Burst ink and the leaves are stamped using the Vintage Leaves stamp set.
